Do employees need an account or an app?
No. Each device gets its own private link by email, and opening it is all they do.
What if an employee wants to keep their device?
Set it per device: return only, return or buy, or buy only, at your price. Paid buyouts are credited to your balance, less our commission.
What if someone doesn't respond?
Reminders go out on your schedule (3, 7 and 14 days by default) and stop when they respond. The portal shows exactly who is outstanding.
How is data on returned devices handled?
Wiped to NIST SP 800-88 in our R2v3-certified facility, with a Certificate of Data Destruction per device when you require one. Our methods.
How do we get paid for the devices?
Resold or recycled devices are credited at their assessed value, and buyouts as employees pay. Request a payout of any part of the balance, any time.
